great resort with excellent service
beach location ample sun loungers friendly staff
The breakfast buffet offered many options that catered to various tastes. i appreciated the beach location. It had ample sun loungers close to the main complex. the staff was happy, friendly, and polite. They kept the hotel clean. i enjoyed the activities available and found assistance readily available.
i found that some bartenders favored certain customers and neglected others. this created an uneven experience during peak hours.

friendly staff fun party
the staff was super friendly and helpful. i especially liked fernando at reception. the parties at the pool were fun, and i found a quieter area when i wanted to relax, a welcome change.
The a/c in my first room did not work well. I had to move to another room. the move fixed the problem! though it was still a hassle.
